We, the Chatham Hill Mosque, have a grand vision to purchase a £2.5 million property for the preservation of the iman our community for the generations to come.
Thinking ahead, we want this building to be the foundation for the madrasa, children and adults learning, an Islamic school, and all other spiritual needs of the Medway Muslim community.
What do we need?
We, as a community, need to raise around £3 million as soon as possible to secure the site.
We need either:
> 400 people to raise and pledge £7,500.
> or 1000 people to raise and pledge £3000.
> or 3000 people to raise and pledge £1000.
We can only move forward with this project if the demand and thirst is there within our community to make this sacrifice for the sake of Allah. The preservation of iman requires effort, and this is the effort and need at hand.
Please speak to your family members and friends and bring forward to us as many pledges as possible. The money will only need to be paid later once an offer has been secured.
